Shipping
Orders ship within 24 hours from our Canadian warehouse. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your province.

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of shipping, check your spam folder or contact us.
Returns & guarantee
If you’re not happy with a product for any reason within 60 days of delivery, we’ll issue a full refund or exchange. No restocking fees.
Email support@no-vo.shop with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
