Every order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of delivery. If a product doesn’t work out for you, contact us within 60 days and we’ll offer a full refund or exchange — no restocking fees, no complicated forms.
How to start a return
n- Email support@no-vo.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll confirm your return within one business day and send a prepaid Canadian return label.
- Pack the item back in its original packaging where possible and drop it off at the carrier location provided.
- Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required in this case.
Exchanges
Want a different size, colour, or product instead? Let us know when you start your return and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back to us, or immediately if you’re open to paying for the new item upfront and being refunded once we receive the original.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
